Matchmaking - Messaging Only

Monday – Friday 12pm-10pm

You will receive matches and be able to communicate with your Matchmaker between these hours regarding your matches and profile. Please Note: All communication with your matchmaker is conducted via Text Messaging, WhatsApp or Email Only. After registering, you will receive your first match from your MatchMaker via Text or WhatsApp, save this number in your phone as it will be your main contact for any queries regarding your profile. For any questions, updates or changes to your profile please send a message to your Matchmaker during the above hours only.

Please Note –

Matchmaking (and all communication post moment of registration) is conducted via messaging only - for legal reasons so all communication is recorded. Matchmaking is Closed on Weekends, all Major Holidays, Christmas, New Year’s periods, Ramadan and Eid. Please do not send messages during any closed times; They will not be received and you will not receive a response. Messages are only received during our working hours as state above and responded to. First matches may still be sent during closed times E.g. Ramadan and Holidays, but if they are not, your membership will be extended free of charge to accommodate the delay. You will receive a full 12 month membership no matter what! New and Existing customers will be booked in after these holiday periods, upon available match slots, and if necessary, appropriate extensions may be added to your memberships free of charge to accommodate these delays. This is down to the discretion of your Matchmaker.

Important Updates - For any unforeseen closed hours or days please refer to this section for updates.
Matchmaking Is Closed between (No Foreseeable Closed Dates At Present) - If your match is due on such dates (including a first match), you will receive your match within 48 hours from from reopening. Applicable refund options (Please See Our Terms And Conditions) will be extended to accommodate these delays - Within the same week your match was originally due. Please note matchmaking is rarely closed, and most occasions short temporary closed times are being utilised for training and acquiring new matchmakers we have headhunted specifically and taken on to expand and provide a more swift service to all clients.
