  • Sign up online
  • You will receive your first match within a few days of profile activation
  • Your match information will consist of First Name, Age, City Of Location, Maybe a bit about them; Education, Profession, and some other bits of information along with a Contact Number (and/or Email Address)
  • Get in touch with them and see how you feel. We also send your basic information to them at the same time. We will ask your permission before sending your photograph and also make sure we have their permission.
  • If you are happy to proceed then continue talking and arrange to meet with them and their family
  • If you do not wish to proceed, get in touch with us and we will allocate a new match date for you within a short time frame (See Packages Here)

Half our clients have their family handling the profile so you may be speaking with parents or siblings of the match. Your first match is sent to you within days of registering and subsequent matches on a regular basis. You must notify us that you wish to receive another match after a previous match has been declined. New matches take a few days to a few weeks depending on the package you are subscribed to, and also matching criteria and availability, however If we have free match slots available sooner, we can sometimes offer your next match more quickly. (At our own discretion). Please note, during holiday seasons such as New Years, Eid, etc matching may be delayed as match slots become full quite quickly. (please see terms and conditions for more information)

We aim to match as accurately as possible. We will send matches that are suited according to Age, Location, Height, Personality & Character amongst other factors such as suitability of education etc. Our Matchmakers are experienced and are quite good at what they do! We are sure you will be happy with the matches we send you!

Unlike other sites where you have to do all the hard work in searching for your partner, which can be very time consuming and frustrating! We at Hum Marriage Bureau do all the hard work for you. Simply spend 10 minutes to Register your information with us, sit back and leave the rest to us. We do all the searching for you! We also conduct background checking using Social media searches, and 192 People. And upon our own discretion, (over 95% of the time) we request ID to verify members further for your safety and peace of mind. There are no further hidden costs or charges, unlike other Muslim marriage agencies, we do not charge you extra when you get married. We never post your profile information or photographs anywhere publicly at all! Your information is kept on a private and encrypted offline database and your matches will only receive basic, non-sensitive information about you. It is then up to you once you are speaking with them to disclose any further information.

We offer 3 packages. Packages can be found by clicking Here. It is a one-off payment covering you for the entire length of your membership. There are no additional fees and you will not be rebilled automatically after your membership has ended.

No. Payment is required in advance to activate your profile. The payment is required in full. We cannot accept pay later methods or instalments.

Our Matchmakers spend a lot of time searching through our database to find your matches, as such we do not offer refunds under any circumstances other than those outlines within our terms and conditions. We operate exclusively over the Telephone & Online. This keeps our running costs low hence allow us to charge an extremely low fee for Membership. We only accept Payments via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. We do not accept cash, postal orders or cheques.

Our database is constantly changing as new members register all the time and customers also leave successfully. As such, we cannot provide an accurate figure at any one time as to how many registered active members we have. Having said this, we currently estimate over 50,000 British Nationals. (Accurate as of March 2020)

We do not discriminate whatsoever, and never turn down an individual based on their personal circumstances/views. However, we have a higher chance of assisting British Muslims as our database consists of such profiles.

Yes, our clients on our UK database are British Muslims. (Less than 0.1% are Non-British with Indefinite Leave to Remain). We have databases from other countries too, and can match you with these profiles if you’d like! Simply ask.

No, Your profile does not show up publicly anywhere at all. We do not post your profile information publicly on our website or anywhere else. This allows for a high level of privacy as we understand how important Customer Confidentiality is.

You tell us your preferences and requirements upon registering. We will take these into account when sending your matches. We match using a number of parameters. We match as well as we can with personality, character, appearance and more depending on what you tell us. But of course every individual is different, so appearance may be a parameter that we learn about you as we send your matches over time.
